Product Quality Assurance
All products enjoy a one-year manufacturer's warranty and have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How do I return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@camduck.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Freight
For quality related returns, Camduck is responsible for shipping.
For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
For non-quality related returns, Camduck refunds the cost of the product itself.
It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable return mailing service and record the return waybill number. CamDuck assumes no responsibility for any lost returns. If proof of delivery is required for returned packages, a return tracking number is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will notify you within 48 working hours by email that the refund has been completed. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
