CAMDUCK Hidden Spy Camera not online?

First, how can we determine what mode the Hidden Spy camera is in?
Method 1:
Power on the product. After 2 minutes,check your phone’s Wi-Fi search list.
- If you see the CAMDUCK-****** signal, the camera is in offline mode.
- If you don’t see the CAMDUCK-****** signal, it’s in online mode.
Method 2:
Power on the product.
- If the blue indicator light blinks continuously and then turns off, the camera is in offline mode.
- If the blue indicator light blinks and then stays on before turning off, the camera is in online mode.
In Offline Mode, Can’t Find "CAMDUCK-*" Signal?
- The product may not have been powered on for 2 minutes.Please wait and check for the "CAMDUCK-******" Wi-Fi signal after 2 minutes.
- If the signal is still not visible after 2 minutes, manually refresh the Wi-Fi list (some phones do not refresh automatically).
- The phone might be too far from the camera. It’s recommended to keep the phone and CAM within 2 meters of each other.
- Reset the CAM to factory settings, wait 2 minutes, and then check the phone’s Wi-Fi list again.
- The CAM might already be connected to the internet (once it connects, it will stop broadcasting the “CAMDUCK-******” Wi-Fi signal).
- If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please contact us.
If Connecting to "CAMDUCK-*" Prompts Wrong Password?
- The product may not have been powered on for 2 minutes. Please wait 2 minutes before trying to connect to the "CAMDUCK-******" Wi-Fi signal.
During Network Configuration, Prompt Indicates Connection Failed?
You may see one of these two messages:
- Connection Failed
- Connect is off
- The selected Wi-Fi signal may be unstable (this can happen with public Wi-Fi).
- The Wi-Fi password may have been entered incorrectly.
- The distance between the phone, CAM, and Wi-Fi should be kept within 2 meters during configuration (there should be no obstructions).
- Ensure the phone is connected to the internet (some phones do not switch networks automatically).
- Reset the CAM to factory settings, exit the app, and try again after a few minutes.
- If the issue persists, try moving to a different location with a better network.
- Connection issues are usually due to network problems.

Connected to "CAMDUCK-****" Wi-Fi but Cannot Add Camera to the App?
- Turn off the CAM, exit the app on your phone, wait a few minutes, and then turn the CAM back on and try again.
- Try using a different phone.
Connected to the Internet, but Device Shows Offline?
You may see one of these two messages:
- Camera not online?
- Connect Timeout?
- Check if the CAM is powered on.
- Verify if the router's name or password has changed.
- Ensure the router is functioning properly.
- Check if your phone is connected to the internet.
- Power off the device and restart it (the CAM may power on quickly while the router takes longer, which can lead to connection issues).
- If the issue persists, restore the device to factory settings and reconfigure the network.
